The Focus of my research work at the RWTH Aachen was the development of a Reference Organisation Model for Relationship Banking or CRM Banking. Basically the aim of this CRM Reference Model is to support CEOs and COOs of Financial Services Firms in the Reengineering Phase of CRM specific processes.
