Today I am working on strategic planning & transformation, restructuring and performance improvement in the telecommunications, media and IT industry.

I am still looking back at the exciting time in top management consulting. It has been rewarding to me working amongst great partners and brilliant as well as passionate colleagues:

• over 6 years of top management consulting experience in Germany, UK, USA, France, Finland and Spain
• building relationships, driving value creation and communicating mostly on CxO level,
• managing strategic projects and large-scale transformation programs at the interface of business and IT - with focus on industries that include telecoms, logistics, and financial services,
• helping clients develop strategies, conducting global restructuring, finance transformation, sourcing and shared services projects,
• driving multiple post merger integration and outsourcing initiatives,
• assuming institutional roles in alumni work, school management and creating intellectual capital,
• supporting actively sales and recruiting activities within global practices,
• and thought leadership publishing in leading newspapers/journals.

As a native French speaker, I am also business proficient in German and English.
